Are you planning an investment? We offer you the perfect environment to make it happen!

Schwedt, Germany, a city with a rich industrial heritage, is today one of the state of Brandenburg's 15 designated regional growth centres offering preferential incentives to would-be investors.

Here you will find the strong partnerships, wide open spaces and public acceptance needed to make your projects work.

The Schwedt Industrial Estate is the largest contiguous commercial estate in northern Brandenburg. And with the energy and fuels supplier PCK just around the corner, you can take advantage of the skills, talents and synergies this company can offer.

A framework agreement signed between InfraSchwedt Infrastruktur- und Service GmbH and PCK ensures that site development and infrastructural improvement remain eligible for public support.

To date, over 80 companies have set up shop on the Schwedt Industrial Park.
